Ingredients
500 ml whipping cream
1 dl Dansukker Icing Sugar
3 1/2 sheets of gelatine
1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
Syrup
250 g strawberries
300 g Glucose Syrup
30 g Dansukker Icing Sugar
10 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions
Soften the sheets of gelatine in plenty of water for 5 minutes. Mix the cream, icing sugar and vanilla sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Remove the gelatine sheets from the water and put them in the cream mixture. Pour into ramequins or glasses. Refrigerate.
Rinse, trim and halve the strawberries. Combine the strawberries, glucose syrup, icing sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Allow to cool. Strain. Turn the panna cottas out onto small serving plates. Drizzle with a little strawberry syrup.
