Ingredients
4 egg yolks
1 dl Dansukker Muscovado Sugar, Light or Dark
2 dl milk
1 1/2 dl whipping cream
1 dl Dansukker Glucose Syrup
Instructions
Whisk together the egg yolks and sugar. Bring the milk, cream and glucose syrup to the boil. Whisk the egg mixture into the hot milk mixture. Sieve the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve. Churn the mixture in an ice cream machine. Alternatively, freeze it in a mould for at least 5 hours. Stir the mixture occasionally. Serve with fresh berries.
