Jam Sugar 1+3

Now there is an alternative for those of you who want jams and marmalades with less sugar. Jam Sugar 1+3 acts in the same way as ordinary Jam Sugar and gives good consistency and shelf life.

Use one packet (330 g) of Jam Sugar 1+3 for 1 kg of berries. Allow to boil for two minutes and the jam is ready! Simple, quick and easy with reliable results.

As well as sugar, the product contains:
• pectin – a natural gelling agent obtained from citrus fruits that is used to give jam the right consistency
• potassium sorbate – a preservative occurring naturally in rowanberries that gives the jam shelf life.
